How can I pay? 

You can pay directly on the website per credit card or ApplePay. You can also contact us and pay via bank transfer.

How do I receive my documents? 

After you’ve paid and the money has arrived, you will receive an email with all the documents needed for our culinary scavenger hunt. This includes a note with information before you start, the guide with questions for the trail, and the answer cheat for parents in case you get stuck. In principle, we will send this email within 48 hours.

How can I contact you? 

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via our Contact page. We are happy to answer all your questions there as soon as possible. 

How do I stay up to date? 

To stay informed and not risk missing anything ( for example when new trails are available in other cities and villages), you can subscribe to our Newsletter, or follow our social media. 

How much do I get to eat and drink?

After about 45 minutes of walking you will receive a pastry and a hot drink, and after about 75 minutes of further walking during the 2nd stage you will receive a hot meal and a drink (there is also a vegetarian alternative). At the end, after 45 minutes of walking, you will get a dessert.

How is the walking time calculated?

We expect a speed of 3kmh and also take into account the time to solve the riddles.

Can my tickets be refunded?

Foodsteps will not refund purchased tickets. You can do our tour at any time on your own initiative, 7 days a week. Tickets are non-nominative and can be transferred to other people. Please note: There are tickets for children and tickets for adults.

Lunch or dinner?

With the exception of Sunday (lunch only) you can do our tour for lunch or in the afternoon for dinner. If you’re out for lunch, start around 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. If you start in the afternoon, the recommended start time is 15:30, 16:00.

Are my seats reserved in the restaurant?

No, it is not possible to reserve your seats in advance. You may have to wait a little waiting time.

What happens if I can’t find the solution to the riddles?

In the documentation, which you will receive by e-mail, you will find the solutions to the questions as well as a topographic map that allow you to find the individual stations. However, a smartphone is recommended to be able to orient yourself better.
